BroadenGate presently has offices in Shenzhen, Nanjing, Shanghai, Wuhan and Beijing. The company has over 750 software-development and systems consulting professionals, BroadenGate strives to be the leading Chinese provider of comprehensive outsourcing solutions and project management tools, using industry-leading technical standards and business practices.
BroadenGate has established five ODCs (Offshore Development Center) in China: Telecom ODC (Shenzhen, Nanjing), ERP Systems Services ODC (Beijing), and Japanese Projects ODC (Shanghai). BroadenGate's resources include more than 100 project managers and system analysts specializing in software outsourcing. All the engineers have bachelor degrees or higher and 20% have an MS degrees or higher.

Adding to this strong in-house technical base is the collaborative development community: RuanKo.com which has more than 100,000 registered members.
BroadenGate has established an in-house system-implementation certification system. To achieve this certification, our engineers must successfully complete a series of comprehensive assessments to ensure their professional aptitude, knowledge of system implementation and familiarity with industry standards. This certification allows BroadenGate to be sure that its engineers are all operating at the highest level of services.
Management Model and Philosophy
BroadenGate utilizes a comprehensive set of software outsourcing management models and standards. All of them are organized and implemented to incorporate ISO and CMM standards and quality systems. BroadenGate's certified partner plan (BPP) is based upon these standards.
