Deliverables

Customer Record
Oncope will create a customer document log; once the service agreement is effective. The customer log would include name, address, contact details, service scope etc. which would help our professionals to provide service in time.

Qualified Professionals

Oncope will deploy suitably qualified IMS engineers to work onsite at the customer's location to work. In the first quarter; Oncope's service supervisor will collect customer feedback on the performance of the engineers. Non performing engineers will be replaced at no extra charge. We will evaluate the performance of outsourcing engineers quarterly and will organize appropriate training in order to update their knowledge.
We will have rich buffer engineers in our backend centers, in case of any emergency of leaving of onsite engineers, replacement will be ready immediately, to ensure minimal influence on their daily operation.


Service Record
Oncope will report to the client's IT director in case any system objects are being deleted, modified, added or updated in or beyond predefined service scope. The report will cover action description, people in charge, action period, result analysis, route, etc.,. All the service records will be recorded completely ly by our onsite engineers.
Service Quality
In order to better understand the customer requirements and to improve our service; Oncope will contact customers periodically by telephone, E-mail, fax or a face to face meeting to get their feedback and evalution about our sevices.


Upgrade & Migration
Oncope engineers will inform our customers of any updates of products that are being used and will discuss with the customer on any update , migration, replacement if required. If the customer accepts, then the signed SOW (Statement of Work) will be kept in the customer record.
